Chuck Walls performed his first public event, a friend's wedding, in 2001 on his Technics 1200 turnables and had to rent an amp and speakers.  It was the start of Chuck Walls Productions, a mobile DJ service based in Huntsville, Alabama.  That is where he got his handle that is taken from his Alpha Phi Alpha line name of "Perfect" given when he pledged the fraternity at Alabama A&M University in 1995. Since then, DJ Perfect has grown and improved tremendously. 

Growing up, Chuck was influenced by legendary DJs of the hip-hop golden era such as Jam Master Jay, DJ Premier, DJ Jazzy Jaff, and Eric B.   Chuck studied the art form and was taught how to pack a dance floor (and keep people on the floor). A great DJ can rock a party, read the crowd's reaction and adjust the mix on the fly with seamless blending, mixing, beat-matching, and scratching when appropriate. What separates Chuck as a Wedding DJ and Special Event DJ, is that he's also an articulate and charismatic Master of Ceremonies. 

Clients include hundreds of wedding and party clients and organizations such as Home Depot, NFGTV (producers of Love & Hip Hop), Alabama A&M Alumni Association, Inc., UGA Alumni Association, Inc., Morehouse School of Medicine, Clayton State University, Clayton County Public Schools, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Southern Regional Convention.  

DJ Chuck Walls has backed recording artists such as Montel Jordan, Cherish, and jazz violinist Ken Ford at weddings and grand affairs.
